Calling all organic and market farming enthusiasts, professional and amateur alike, Jean-Martin Fortier, author of The Market Gardener, is coming to the Centre for Sustainable Development.

Fortier will tell the story of his Eastern Townships microfarm, Les Jardins de la Grelinette, which has been hailed, at home and abroad, as a model of its form.

Find out how the tiny farm maximizes organic and biologically intensive cropping practices to provide a whopping 120 households a week with organic produce.

Jean-Martin will share his grow-better-not-bigger philosophy on Wednesday, November 26, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Centre for Sustainable Development (50 Ste-Catherine St. West).
