To mark the 15th anniversary of our family farmer program, we have published a book, L'agriculture soutenue par la communauté (Community supported agriculture). Readers will learn about the different aspects of CSA, including:
- how our farms are founded
- shareholder relations
- management of production and distribution
- price setting
- risk and profit sharing
The book, which is in French, will be available in bookstores across Quebec. Nearly 450 copies are being sent to Europe and Africa. The book can also be ordered online directly from Éditions Berger.
