Matt Collins is the Manager of Engineering Services with the PEI Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. Matt has been instrumental in the implementation of the electrification of the Prince Edward Island school bus fleet. He has been an active contributing member of the Provincial Sustainable Transportation Action Plan, the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Zero Emission Vehicle Group, the Infrastructure Grid Readiness Working Group with NRCan, and the Transportation Association of Canada’s Technology Council. Matt was also a contributor to the NRCan Atlantic Climate Adaptation Solutions manuals. |
