A graduate engineer from École des Mines d'Alès (EMA) and holder of a master's degree in industrial engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, her fields of expertise mainly involve the identification, evaluation, management and communication of risks in various fields such as the transportation of hazardous materials and underground infrastructure failures, and the risk of food fraud. Since 2011, she publishes, with Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, le Baromètre CIRANO on risk perception in Quebec. She is also co-author of the first two studies conducted at CIRANO on the motivating factors for purchasing light trucks in Canada.
