Stefania Salaoru
Communications and Events Assistant Advisor
Stefania holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and International Affairs, from HEC Montréal. Through this training, her studies abroad in Vienna and Singapore, and her travels to various developing countries, she has been interested in issues of social innovation and environmental justice. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Innovation Management at HEC Montréal.
Since a young age, Stefania has been involved in the community and various organizations, including promoting fair trade with Oxfam-Québec, fundraising for Doctors without Borders, humanitarian trips with MEDLIFE, integrating refugee students into university life, and more.
Passionate and motivated, Stefania joined the Équiterre team in November 2023, where she now works in the communications team, which also marks her professional entry into the world of non-governmental organizations.
