A human resources professional and member of the Ordre des CRHA du Québec for over 20 years, Véronique graduated from the IGS (Institut des Gestions Sociales in France) in personnel management (2nd cycle). Specializing in talent acquisition and HR consulting (support at both management and employee levels), Véronique developed her expertise in SMEs in the high-tech sector as well as in organizations in the social assistance (YMCAs of Quebec) and education (HEC Montréal) sectors.
Motherhood and the responsibility it entails have triggered a greater awareness of the human impact on our society and her desire to participate in changing mentalities. With this in mind she joined Équiterre in September 2021. Since then, she has been responsible for the organization's human resources management.
