Winner holds a bachelor's degree in accounting (management option), as well as a diploma in professional studies and training in leadership and business development. She is an activist for the cause of immigration and integration in Canada.
She joined Équiterre in August 2023 as a fundraising and technical support advisor on the philanthropic development team.
