We’re still recharging our batteries after the harsh winter, so this month Équiterre is encouraging you to do one simple thing: use your citizen power and take part in the democratic life of Équiterre!
Strengthen your commitment to the environment in this election year by giving greater political weight to your ideals in two easy steps:
- Join Équiterre movement—if you’re not already a member. A small monthly donation will help Équiterre address your environmental concerns, month after month.
- Attend one of our 2018 member meetups and elect next year’s representatives*. You can also run for election to Équiterre’s board of directors.
Your monthly support makes a real difference in helping us develop initiatives to raise awareness, mobilize Quebecers and voice your ideas on issues such as climate change, pesticides, sustainable mobility and local, organic farming to decision makers.
A SPECIAL YEAR TO BECOME A MEMBER
This year, we’re celebrating Équiterre’s 25th anniversary and recent victories. After the annual general meeting and presentation of the highlights of 2017, we’ll celebrate 25 years of achievements at a cocktail party with music and another special presentation.
It’s a great opportunity to meet the Équiterre team, ask questions and take an active part in our organization’s community.
