Charles-Édouard holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Applied Politics from the Université de Sherbrooke, specializing in the adoption of a just transition in Quebec. His research has focused in particular on the role of labor organizations and civil society in establishing socially acceptable public policies.
Over the past two years, working in the municipal sector as a sustainable development consultant in Victoriaville, he has perfected his expertise in land use planning, sustainable mobility and social acceptability issues.
Wishing to play an active part in the political ecosystem orchestrating the fight against climate change, Charles-Édouard joined our team as a climate and energy policy analyst in June 2024.
