With a master's degree in environmental science (research profile) from UQAM, Sarah has worked for a wide range of organizations involved in environmental protection, including Héritage Laurentien, UQAM écoresponsable and the City of Montreal.
Committed to promoting sustainable food in Quebec, Sarah joined the Équiterre family in September 2024 to enrich her knowledge and contribute her experience to the environmental cause.
In her role as sustainable food information and logistics officer, she contributes to the Marmite éducative, Local Food in Quebec Schools and Farm to School projects.
