Véronique Boyer

Advisor, Sustainable Food Procurement

Véronique holds a master's degree in food security from Université Laval, a bachelor's degree in cultural action from UQAM and a certificate in environmental studies from Université de Sherbrooke. She has worked in several Montreal environmental organizations, including ENJEU and the Société écocitoyenne de Montréal, and has been involved with many organizations in Montreal's food system.

Passionate about food, she seeks to have a positive impact on the food system and the culinary culture of Quebecers. She also engages with her community, to share her knowledge and improve the food security of vulnerable populations. She hopes that everyone can have access to fair and sustainable food.

Véronique joined Équiterre in November 2023 as a sustainable food supply advisor, to support Quebec institutions in adopting better, healthy, local and eco-responsible food policies.
